  • When you order online, we will process your selection the same or the next business day from our Boca Raton warehouse depending on the time purchased.
  • We offer you the ability for same-day ready-wrapped pickup or a Local Delivery to designated Zip Codes* (see below) for a $10 charge. Purchases done after 1 pm require next-day pick-up or delivery.
  • For shipping UPS or FedEx ground, we charge a flat rate of $18 to the 48 contiguous states. Oversized packaging TBD. Please call.

REGENCY’S EASY RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES: 

  • All Returns:  Call 561-847-5447 for return authorization. If no one is available, please leave a clear message and your call will be returned ASAP/within 24 hours – excluding Sundays and holidays.
  • All packaging to be as received and product in new condition.

  • Shipping charges will not be credited
  • Returns with a gift receipt are accepted within 15 days for local gifts.
  • Gifts that are being shipped will have a 30-day return policy as long as it is in the original gift wrapping and in acceptable condition. Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility and we are not responsible for any breakage on a return item due to poor packaging.
