Description
Almost a piece of sculpture in its own right, the unexpectedly asymmetrical shape of this eye-catching stainless steel vase makes it a beautiful centrepiece for a table. Inspired by an abstraction of a female body, the flat planes and curved edges of the vase create patterns when reflecting back either the room or the flowers held within. It is a contemporary masterpiece of design and craftsmanship.
Designer Todd Bracher had his training in both Denmark and New York, giving him a particular international point of view. His work for Georg Jensen is characterized by his understanding of both shape and quality, his Flora vase being a particularly striking example.
